A simple, real-time voting tool that lets your entire ART vote on their confidence in achieving PI objectives (or confidence on anything for that matter!) simultaneously, from any device.

How to Use
As Facilitator (RTE):
- Go to julianreed.net/vote
- Click Host → enter your name → Create Session
- Share the 6-character code (or paste the link in Teams chat)
- Watch votes arrive in real-time
- Click Reveal Results to All when voting is complete
- Discuss any votes ≤ 2
- Click Reset Votes for another round if needed
As Participant:
- Open the link or go to julianreed.net/vote
- Enter the session code and your name
- Tap 1–5 to vote
- Wait for the facilitator to reveal results
Interpreting Results
| Average | Outcome |
|---|---|
| ≥ 3 | Plan can be accepted |
| < 3 | Rework needed — address concerns first |
Anyone voting 1 or 2 should be invited to voice their concerns before proceeding.
